Read the
application directions thoroughly. |

Cart path surface
should be as clean as possible, free of loose dirt, sand and
debris. The optimum surface will be flat and
level. The cart path surface must be dry. |

You may soften the
adhesive for easier application by placing the tubes on the
dash of a vehicle and letting the sun warm the tubes through
the windshield. Sika was originally developed for
windshield installation using a warming process for the
adhesive. Do Not Microwave! |

For best results,
the temperature should not be less than 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
The ideal conditions will be temperatures in the 80's with a
high humidity. Caution: Do not apply with a threat of
frost within 24 hours. |

Make several
scores on the back of each marker with a utility knife...
About 4 horizontal and 6 vertical scores. |

Use a caulking gun
to apply a 1/4" bead of SikaFlex in a "frame"
1/2" inside the edges of the plate. Make a
1/4" "X" in the middle of the adhesive frame. |

Press the plate
down, making a slight twisting motion to spread the
adhesive; press down firmly. The tack-free time of
SikaFlex is 40 minutes; we recommend installation late in
the day, then allowing the plates to set overnight before
cart traffic is allowed. |

SikaFlex-220 FC
must not be stored above 75 degrees Fahrenheit.
Unopened cartridges have a shelf life of 9 months in cool,
dry conditions. Discard unused portions of opened
cylinders. |

Each cylinder of
SikaFlex-220 FC will do ten to twelve 5" x 10"
cart path plates. |
